
Ingredients
* 2 eggs
* 2 slices ham
* 2 slices cheese
* 100 grams (3.5 ounces) fresh mushrooms
* 1 tbsp butter
* pepper to taste
Method
Slice the mushrooms, ham and cheese.
Beat the eggs and add some pepper
Heat the non-stick pan and melt the butter. Then add the beaten eggs
Fry the eggs under medium heat until the eggs start to set but are not yet cooked.
Add the ham first and then the mushrooms
Finally sprinkle the cheese and fold the omelette gently as shown in the picture above
Garnish with tomatoes and serve hot.
